Goroomgo Aayan International Puri - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

The most worst hotel ever I had visited. The location was not so suitable , the rickshaw was not able to found it. The reception was total empty and sometimes when we go there, the manager and the worker boy use to sleep in the reception sofa. The hotel was totally unhygienic. Once, I just saw a cat was liking the plates. It was so dirty that i found myself in the garbage dumping area. The staff were the laziest one. The manager, who was a woman, was very rude, impolite, aggressive nature, showing herself as the master of us. There are much more about it. My suggestion or regard- Never Ever visit here

Rooms-very dirty, cockroaches all over, sippage all over wall.Not for family trip. Service-No one will hear you, so no service. Location-very far from jagannath temple and main beach,No transport facility is available there, if you have to visit anywhere you have to walk a lot. Price-Not worthy even for 200rs a day. They will surely cheat you, they will always refuse you to provide what they have mentioned in websites. Conclusion- Don't book this hotel otherwise your trip will be very drastic. Go and get hotels near beach by visiting only. I have booked this hotel by pay at property and when I visited there I escaped very fast. And stayed in other hotel for three days.

*Extremely Disappointing Experience* I recently booked this hotel through the Agoda app for our vacation, and it turned out to be a thoroughly disappointing experience. When we arrived at the location, we couldn't find the hotel, and the contact number provided on both the Agoda app and Google was invalid. This left us in a distressing situation, particularly because we were traveling with our 11-month-old child. we had no choice but to book another hotel on the spot, incurring additional expenses and causing a significant amount of stress. Afterward, i contacted Agoda's customer support for assistance, but the whole experience was a nightmare, to say the least. The lack of support and guidance from Agoda only compounded our frustration. I strongly advise caution when booking through Agoda and suggest double-checking the location, address, and contact details before making a reservation. It's a regrettable experience that i will not soon forget. We hope that sharing this review will help fellow travelers avoid similar issues and encourage Agoda to improve their customer service and address such issues more efficiently in the future.

Very bad experience Never ever go this hotel. our mobile get stolen but we didn't get ,alsoThe girl manager is very rude and non cooperative, she behaves very badly with theircustomers. Very unhygienic and suffocated room. Don't ever go just by name... Nam bade Darshan chotee ..worst hotel in puri

The most bad experience of my life.. from top to bottom all staffs and honour of the hotel are disgusting, impolite...hotel is in long distance from the beach area. We had visited with all aur family members ,5 rooms had been booked. All the the rooms are very dirty. Smelling blanks ,pillows and bedsheets ar with blood sports. Not to stay with family, it for some other purpose...all can understand what it means. Even we did a police complaint to but ...it haven't worked out... Whey all are atteched. .....the entire system of the hotel is attached with local unsocial gues. ....it you want hassle, or want to loose your mental peace... You can go ahead.

Its rooms are not even worth 100 rs and these guys will charge you anything from 2000 to 2500 rs. Believe me guys do not even think of staying here. Filthy and dirty, unhygienic rooms. A constant stench is always present here. Somehow, i just stayed for a night and ran away next day. They will fool you with a good-looking photo of rooms but just avoid it. Don't eat anything here. Worst hotel ever.

Worst booking experience. Please do not go for this.. first thing it's in a very remote location even auto rickshaw drivers suggested not to book there.. once I reached the hotel the doors were locked from inside and the phone number provided was switched off had to bang the door for half an hour. person who opened the door started yelling. And finally after a struggle got the key, opened the door to see the room stinking very badly. The manager refused to switch on AC and geyser too.. the worst hospitality ever.. all in all a very bad experience.

Worst Pathetic service, they have only 1 staff who is also untrained, no manners, bathroom is without vantilation, no parking, AC & Giyser are also not working . bed sheet & pillow cover full of hair. Mandir is 8 km & sea beach is 2 KM from here.hotel looks like a rain basera.They misguide the people thru online photo. They also don't have the signage of the Gooromgo Arian International hotel. When I asked for bill they don't provide me.They are 100% fraud. They ask to leave the room at 8AM . They are waiting to make you fool . Don't go there . If any review is positive it means they all are hotel related person. Any person of Puri don't know the name of this hotel. If your karma is bad than you will come to this hotel and stay.
