Spectacular services provided by Nikhil and team. We have had a long family trip to Andaman with a 5year old kid and team go paryatak made sure that we were facilitated with all the requirements even in the situations that we may not have expected. Right from the day I called nikhil for the bookings he guided us very sensibly for all the hotels as per our taste as we were looking for specific needs. The ground team was exceptionally excellent. There was a complete shutdown for the tourist spots right in the mid of the trip and this is the time when Nikhil, Ajay and team was again exceptionally fantastic. They managed to move us from Havelock to Portblair. Managed the hotels, ferries and made sure that we are safe and reach back home without any hassle. Thanks for reading and would recommend to go ahead with go paryatak without a second thought. Goparyatak and team you will be my life long travel companion now.. kudos

I had booked Ladakh bike tour through Go paryatak. The booking experience, communication and followup was on point. The flight tickets till the start and from end point arranged were as per the convenience. Kudos too Nikhil and team!!!

Recently had a tour to Kerala through goparyatak travels. Initially till travel date all seems to be good like discussing and finalizing the itenary and budget hotels with good service. Even on the first day cab picked us on time and took to the pre-decided hotel. Hotel was awesome and service is also satisfactory. The Next day the program was for a night stay at a premium house boat. Till we reach home boat there is no contact from the houseboat service for the menu as it is being informed by the travels. I had to ask the cab driver to contact them for confirming food menu. After reaching houseboat we understood it's not a premium one. AC was not working properly in both room and hall also. Interior of rooms are very bad. Bedsheets have white stain on it . Few side interiors are falling off the wall in the room. No doubt food tastes good but quantity is not enough for 4 persons. At one instances they gave just one plate bajji for 4 persons. When asked milk for baby they gave only a cup of milk and then they said it is over. Boat did even run till 5 pm as promised. They stopped at 4.30pm. next day also they start at 8am and sail through for 30mins only. I received the final itenary from goparyatak on same this day . Till that it was not even shared to me or driver also which I came to know later . Then we reached munnar by 9.30pm and most horrific incident happened. The hotel Eastend given by travels had a very bad service. First of all they gave us room -1 floor which had very bad smell coming from room and bathroom. When I told hotel staff to change the room they said no rooms available with them. Then I had to reach out to Mr. NIKHIL from goparyatak and he spoke with some persons there . After he spoke also they said no rooms available and customer is only feeling like it smelling but there is no actual issue. I even confirmed with the house keeping staffs regarding the smell and they acknowledged it. They said smell is there bcz no Vanitalation for the rooms at -1 and ground floor. I spoke with the hotel operation manager there and then they gave us one room at 3rd floor which has no smelling issue and another room at ground floor which has same smell issues. Then they asked us to adjust there for a night and next day they will change the room. They are helpless as no rooms available. By almost 10.30-11pm I had to continue follow up with both travels and hotels and then they gave us another room at another building. That room also have same smell issues but comparatively less than the others. As I was there with family so without any choice I had to stay back there. I was devastated by getting such a poor servic like this. The manager then said they will serve complimentary dinner for this chaos we had to go through. Initially I did not agree but then at 11pm no hotels outside are also open for food. So had to take accept the dinner for my family. Next day we went to few near by places . Driver was very co- operative and good in nature. For the last day of tour when I asked him about sightseeing at kochi he said he was infor to drop us directly at airport. There is no communication given to him from either his boss or goparyatak. After a lots of speaking with goparyatak, the driver then agreed for sightseeing as per itenary. Then we understood that out of itenary 3 places are closed due to national holiday. When asked to goparyatak they said it's a human error. So we had to adjust at every point except the first day because we trust goparyatak for this trip. And in return we got it's a human error if places are closed and what can I do sir if hotel don't provide good service. My take away : Never ever trust goparyatak again. And also plan your itenary and trip by yourself and book all stay by yourself only. Don't trust these travels and all. I will never recommend goparyatak to even my enemies also. We go for a trip with family to have some good time and relax. But by booking through goparyatak I had to go through unnecessary trouble and tensions also. Very Very BAD service . This is our second tour with Goparyatak and Nikhil and his team were all good and cooperative right from planning of tour till the execution. This time we had to change the plan in between our tour and the way Nikhil helped us with revised plan was awsome. In no time he and his team gave us the best revised plan. Thank you Goparyatak. This was my first ever tour with GoParyatak and it couldn't have been memorable if it wasn't GoParyatak. It was great experience while exploring Andaman with GoParyatak.The itinery was extremely well planned. There was not a single trouble which we faced during this tour. This is our first tour with Goparyatak and we travelled to Singapore. Complete plan is customized as per our requirements as we have children and senior citizens in our group. The staff helped us in every way from choosing destinations to answering every query till back to home. The itinerary was well planned !!
