No hanky panky....go n stay there...they solved my bathroom issue at 10:30 pm... unbelievable.... everything at reasonable rates....i will again say... don't think...go n stay there...they are there to make ur stay highly comfortable...polite staff... good room space at reasonable price....

Ambience is perfect. Hotel staff is courteous and easy going. It is the best stay in Ballarshah that money can buy. Food is great and very homely.
Myself and my wife stayed for a day , 2nd feb to 3rd feb 2023 and our stay was excellent The Manager, MD and all were very helpful, the room was very clean, room service was fabulous and prompt, this is the best hotel in Ballarshah Keep it up (Nabendu Saha )
They are Two type of Rooms offered with Gold and Silver Services, I got a pervilage to check in Gold Service Room with Two Guest. Nice Reception Response offering in room dinning with decent house keeping. I would love to Stay here and Recommend this place.
Halls for wedding are quite small but grt if you r calling less guests. Rooms are wow, loved them a lot. Worst part is the eating area which is on top of hotel. In Summers you will suffocate & sweat because of the heat. It's very difficult to eat on the top area during summer weddings esp if it's a morning wedding. Rest, the ambience & service is good.
We recently conducted my sister's wedding reception at Gopala Palace and it was a great experience. The guests loved the arrangements. Their stay at the hotel was also really cool. The staff is very supportive and cooperative.They helped us when ever required. Their services were quite appreciable. The best hotel and banquet in this area. Would recommend it to friends and family.
Spacious rooms, neat toilets. They don't have solar water heaters but they provide water heaters. Super market below the hotel. Noisy fans , room service is bit late. Balcony view is awesome. Nice place to stay if u r with family.

Good hotel, no doubt. But need to keep it more cleaner than now. Mainly need to keep the washroom clean. I prefer this hotel. 12 PM checkout is not good for a small town like Ballarpur. Management need to review this. Good service, but not accepting

A great place to visit. Calmness and peace , a place to experience cold breeze and silence. Beside there is a river wardha flowing through. Nice experience at the Ganesh Ghat beside this. At evening time the lights present make it look more beautiful
