Gopal - Government hospital in Pune - Pune, India

This is very scary that we can't trust the nurses and doctors of the hospital. They demand more money for the operation and also bargain as to how much money will you pay and also ask that you will not file a police complaint, that's what it means here. A lot of injustice is done to the patients and the staff here works very secretly, as if they are losing money and also pressure is put on them (patient) to take more money.

not any issues from doctors and staff all good good handle the patient but. one doctor behave is not good to patient. hes language Hindi. not understand Marathi people . when poor people need help he angry with people my relatives are admitted last week ward no.13. that doctor says hospital not yours Fathers property to stye here and enjoy

Third class behaviour of staff and Third class nurses need to replace security and nursing staff, all are chu.......... behavior but same pune YCM is best hospital and here sasoon higher management taking free salary from government not doing any work,. Sasoon management take some lessons regarding how to behave with patients from YCM hospital management, YCM its best hospital,,, finally sasoon hospital management and staff behaviour are too ridicules and Third class sasoon all staff from top to bottom hopeless, nonsense ...

Extremely I'll behaviour. I had called for enquiry about vaccinations. That lady was extremely rude. She didn't even hear what I wanted to ask. She just said something unclearly and hung up the call. What kind of service is this ? Aren't you getting paid for giving patients information about your services? Very disgusting.

hospital is totally depend upon staff and sason hospital haves the worst staff ever they don't talk properly their behaviour is too rude and I saw they don't even try for any efforts to feel patient comfortable and good they just declare death ....... My grandfather have a heart attack but he is totally healthy I mean he doesn't have any bp diabetes but still they don't try by giving shock treatment I'm feeling so bad because my grandfather is no more and the big deal is after this all condition they used to do postmortem of my grandfather and I'm totally blank ...... Seriously why each and every patient needs to do postmortem..sason hospital is the very worst and bad hospital.... I feel sad that I can't save my grandfather he is the only support I left but now he is also no more ...I miss you ajoba ... I just suggest to everyone please don't don't take your loved onces to sason hospital because the don't save people they just kill them

Worst experience... Very dirty .. very rude staff doctors , nurses even saf safai vale also very rude .. there is food service but the food is very low quality and the servent is behaving like the food they serve is from there own house .. there seniors who making bed nit and clean they just act like they are making the bed .. fake blood report, fake bp, spons and pr heart rate count all are fake they did not check the bp even onces a week and in the file they shows they were checking daily

Sassoon Hospital is know to be one of the oldest and finest hospitals in Maharashtra, and I had to opportunity to experience it first hand when they were treating my cousin for Kidney stone problem.
