There is very poor management of appointment on call. I had taken a prior appointment on call of approx 3:00 P. M. on 04/09/2023. But, I was placed last in the queue when enquired, I reported my presence at arrival (3:30 P.M.). There is no resolution for the same when raised the issue with the hospital staff at reception. I had also had an appointment for my father at 5:00 P.M. in nearby Delta hospital, on the same day. I had told the same on reception, but in vain. I had to wait till 5:30 P.M. for my turn and failed to accompany the father due to this. FYI, there was no emergency on that day.
