Very good doctor. He is GOD. I consulted him for blood in stool.He did my colonoscopy, it was so easy, i didn't feel anything. He charges very less fee. He could have charged double and he will get same number of patients. He is VERY HIGHLY QUALIFIED.
My mother feels better after consulting Dr. Arup Guchait... I heard lot of negative comments on him.. but believe me.. he behaves in very politel manner with us.. and we got good results. Thank you Doctor.
So far I don't know about the quality of services they provide but the reception staff behaviour is the worst i have ever seen. If you people are planning on providing public service in this way, please stop providing it.

If there was an option of 0 star, i would have given that. Horrible behaviour from the staffs and the doctor himself. Abuses patients with bad language. And you have to do all the tests and report from his lab only. Takes charges for report viewing. Very bad experience. Not recommended at all. (I am editing my comment after your reply. ) Your reply shows your arrogance and attitude towards patients. Thats why you deserve no star.

The problem starts with taking appointment. You have to call them at 5 o clock only...and I dare you all to get through the number in one go.. if you call at 4 45 also..they won't book the appointment. The lady who picks up the phone is ill mannered...and doesn't have any empathy towards anyone....if taking appointment can be such a pain...I can imagine what kind of treatment they would give to the patient.
