Very poor experience in any outlets in my life.the staff is too much arrogant, they dont even know how to talk with customers,neither they dont know how to behave like a salesperson.if you want to get any information of your bike or documents they dont talk to you properly. I went to the showroom to get some information about my Rc but the staff was busy in watching match in their phones. Worst experience in any showroom.
Honda Service is okay but customer sitting area is not maintained it doesn't have basic facilities. Water cooler and ac also not working. Management has no clue about when it will be fixed very bad experience.
Very poor service that I have seen in my life, the staff don't even know how to treat customers.The team of 'Gopal agencies' is charging 100rs extra for delivery of High Security Number Plate in Najibabad, even though I have ordered them online and paid in full myself. Also the behavior of the team and manager was very unprofessional(like gunde) and they are treating customers very badly.

Very bad service I have seen in my life the staff don't even know how to handle with the customers. They charge extra money without giving the bill slip and say this is UP we do it here. I suggest not to go here if you don't want to waste your time.
Customer sitting area for service is not maintained thier AC doesn't work only FAN is there and water cooler also doesn't work. Very bad experience management should look into it. I
Very poor service and showroom honor's too much behavior. After sale service is very very bad.I got the first service done and my experience was very bad, then I decided not to do the rest of the services from the showroom. Prefer Bijnor or Dhampur showroom to get a Hero bike.
The only Authorised dealer of Hero Motorcycles in town. This particular location is actually having both the showroom and service center. The wait time is normal for high end bikes. But most of the general range bikes are off the shelf available without any wait.
A hospital with all facilities available with a hygenic environment and surroundings,trained staff and a good patient care with minimum charges in a nearby location !! Must visit once !!
I like to say if you want best chaap in town then for sure this is the best place. But in terms of service i can say that they need to upgrade service & now they are also developing their atmosphere
The place is awesome. The ambience, sitting area, furniture and AC are very good. Pizzas are delicious. I would recommend paneer makhni pizza to all of you. However, I would rate burger as ok. The burger filling is good but the quality of bun was not
