Very bad experience. They denied our booking and asked for more money . And left us without any options in the middle of the night in this city. And all their offered facilities are not at all true. Very very very bad experience. No parking facility. No attached bathroom for room worth INR 1200. Cheaters.

It is a pretty good place. It is just 5-7 mins walk from Chathram bus stand. There were rooms of different capacities. But the place is too poorly maintained. The rooms were too dusty. One wash basin didn't even have taps.

Oyo contract with the property OYO 31005 Good View Service Apartment wasn't renewed and this was mentioned to me during check in. the property manager clearly mentioned the property is undergoing renovation. I was allotted a room 201 which didn't have active dth connection. the service manager didn't share details of the wifi password upon check in for which i had to come down a couple of times and he was unhelpful when I mentioned that the wifi didn't connect in the second floor. he just had a standard response that other travelers who stayed earlier didn't have problems (which was a hint that I was a troublemaker in his judgemental eyes) the problems continued in the room when the ac didn't have any controls or adjustments. the temperature remained at 25C on the remote and the service manager mentioned that neither room change is possible nor the ac will be fixed. the cot was creaking like the background music of a horrible horror movie. the mattress top was not good either. i had checked in around 2 pm and was waiting for the additional mattress for nearly two hours and had to go down to remind for it. The property manager then said that I will not find any rooms anywhere in Tiruchirappalli area for the amount I am paying (1269/-) and therefore had to survive with what he was giving us. I finally decided enough is enough and submitted the escalation to Oyo Assist. All in all, a horrendously bad experience by the collective failure of oyo local teams in Tiruchirappalli. The customer care line was another nightmare and I had to rebook myself into a different upscale hotel nearby.

Last month I was stayed really nice to live and new management staff's are polite and also easy to approach not a rude persons... Nice rooms and cleaning and maintenace are very good in this service appartment... Finally rent are very cheap in this rush and emerge area... Thank you good view service appartment

It's not worth to upload room photos.. Mosquito problem and ac problem in all rooms. MANY BOOK FOR MARRIAGE GUEST. No AC, NO CLEAN TOWEL, FULL MOSQUITO NIGHT TIME, EVEN ALL DOORS ARE CLOSED. THEY JUST ADJUST THE AC IF U CALL NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO AC 0 COOLING. ONLY TEA AND WATER WAS AVAILABLE. If anyone need to book check ac working condition and then book. Gave two star for cleanliness

Its suitable for family . Peaceful environment within the city limits. The rooms are spacious and well maitained by the staffs.Food available with resonable cost. Wifi facility was good.It was a nice experiance to stay in Trichy at a reasonable rent.

This is the worst place you can ever opt for. The bathrooms are pathetic not cleaned until you insist. The rooms are not broomed for ages and the sheets are not changed until you complain. They do not even provide basic stuff like soaps, shampoo, and towels which are basics. It is not a serviced apartment but we'll in my opinion a third rated dingy place. Over and above the staff have a lot of attitude which is intolerable.
