Inspite of being full house always, I would say, that instead of trying to maintain their services and upgrading themselves, service is not quick. We waited for atleast 30 minutes to hv a cup of tea. That does not go well in today's fast times. While ordering, the boy told us, only simple milk tea is available, so my question is, why hv so many options available on the menu card, when you can't keep up to provide them to the customers. Although the staff is quite sober, but the girl at the counter, talks so loud to her colleagues, that does on reflect good on the goodrick brand.

Coffee is terrible. Their Latte taste just like having coffee at a local marriage garden. No taste at all. And their donuts, well what can I say, they microwave it and give it to you with knife and fork. Hot donuts seriously

It's very well located, nice seating but the staff and the way they are manging the kiosk is very unhealthy and unprofessional. Goodrick is a well known brand and it should take better care of their franchise.

Not good at all. Ambience is relatively good though. Taste of tea needs improvement as aroma is not upto the mark and watery. Waiter also served on desk instead of tray. Served in disposal. Bad gesture goodrick needs improvement.

Awful customer service & staff behaviour way too harsh ,bad. I order one chicken tikka sandwich ,which had hair in it & den I got a replacement which was had warm n haof cold , when told to staff ,he started giving lame excuses that if u would have grilled it more it would have dries, u should have told us we would had warm it more ,u already replaced an order do u understand how bad is it! I had chocolate pasty it was not warmed well! They started saying that it would be hard to plate it , excuse me i didnt asked you to plate a lava for me ,I can understand well how warm things should . I don't think they care for custy. Well I ordered Maggi too it was his of course . But a bad customer service,served is not taking me to visit back.........

Goodricke Tea Pot is a relax-full place within in the Mall. If you are tired with shopping or even just paying a visit for window shopping, this is the place one can sit and have a sip of dazzling variety of tea available. Yes! Of course for some this may be a bad experience, where they experiment tasting Green or Black or White tea, here. But I recommend Amgori Tea Pot for all those who like home made milk base regular tea.
