You excel at serving your customers. Great job! really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All owners and staffs are incredibly helpful ,generous and polite with their time and advice. Highly recommended.

Only location is good. They don't even care for customers and wifi wont work. They don't give any importance. They allow drinkers to make party inside the premises. Not safe for families to book by considering such activities. No hot water, wifi don't work most f the time. The switch off wifi randomly so that clients can't use. Overall I suggest to stay away from this premises if you don't want to spoil your stay.

It was a pleasant stay. We stayed with family in the 3rd week of June/23. They took care to make necessary changes as desired. Reasonable price.

It was a really good place to stay the staff were helpful and it is very save for women who are travelling alone and even for a group of women .The rooms and the other facilities were clean and tidy.

Bathroom was filthy and definitely required a deep clean. General cleanliness was apalling and unacceptablr. Fridge was also filthy however this is in part due to use by residents or the people who sleep in the kitchen every night. Staff training needs to be addressed to avoid unsatisfactory situations. The cheap rate is not an excuse for the deficiencies and neither a full night charge for a late check out when the apartments occupancy is low. Definitely will not stsy again but I will stay in the area...

The rooms were pathetic, fan didn't work, AC didn't work. There is no geyser for the price we pay it's totally no worth it.

This is a place that suits the average Indian traveller or a seasoned budget backpacker. Good price, quiet location, not far from shops and friendly receptionists, when you actually find one. They said cleaning was done daily and clean sheets every two days. In 10 days we had the room cleaned 3 times and sheets changed 1. Wifi is at best, patchy. Shared kitchen is ok, does the job. Ants all over though, so don't leave food outside and clean thoroughly after yourself. Common areas and rooms appear clean, but they are only cleaned with a dirty rag, without the use cleaning products. Up close, there's grime all over. Not many mosquitoes and No cockroaches while we were there, so good in that regard. Since nothing, not even the sheets, pillows, mattresses or curtains are washed or disinfected frequently, the place I believe is ripe with dust mites and mold. My daughters and I were on antihistamines for a week to stop the constant runny noses and sneezing. In all, I think this is a place that if better managed and maintained, could offer much better quality of service for the same price! Btw, I am not outraged by any of the above, because this is India at the end of the day, and at that price range, one cannot expect a 5* accomodation. We stayed there for 10 days because we are in a budget. It was good/bearable, but could've been much better.
