The doctors were very pleasant and their recommended treatment yielded satisfactory outcomes. However, the nurses were unprofessional and treated patients with disrespect.

Dr.Alex sir was fantastic surgeon with kind of politeness..his treatment method was simple & more efficient..little bit expensive.. will improve nursing department..

Nurses in the place are more lathogic, can treat the patients and respond properly uneducated people's and older ones also coming for hospital. I know this comment won't change everything. I am being to this clinic for the past 15 years. When Dr. Rebecca was there at that time. Dr.Alex is also pretty kind in this surrounding next to Dr.Rebecca. in this clinic. It would be great if the Nurses can be in the same way like doctor responds. And even this is not a 24/7 hospital but the nurses are treating patients like they treat in government hospital.

Dr.Alex Franklin being a General Surgeon is also a great diagnostician and is knowledgeable and efficient. He takes the time to explain things and gives good advice on proactive measures to be taken with the right prescription. Would definitely recommend him as a Family Doctor & GP
