It has a separate floors for weight training, cardio and crossfit. This is not any regular gym, everyday is a new day here. workouts are fun, vibe is great and trainers really push you in the right way. I love this place, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey and feel good about it. This gym has a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors. An amazing place for working out...with very positive and energetic vibes..Trainers are very supportive and helpful and Mr. Vishesh the Owner is very polite humble and a down to earth personality. My fitness level was very low, my stamina and willingness to exercise was at zero level. We are now into three months of training and I feel completely transformed, physically, mentally and emotionally. I have always dreaded to go to the gym but training in Good Shape is a whole new and wonderful experience. The Owner and Trainers provide Knowledge, Passion, Professionality , Empathy, Joy, Positivity, Understanding and Warmth. If you can find all in one place.. then grab it and keep it. I was lucky enough to have found just that in. The gym has seperate cardio,strength and crossfit sections with proper parking space which makes it super convenient.
