Outstanding Experience. Very good hotel. It is near Cochin Airport. Staff is very helpful and Cooperative. Hotel has its own Restaurant facility, parking area, WiFi facility, etc.Totally, very clean and neat rooms and surroundings. Thank You. Very Calm and quiet place. It is near Cochin Airport. I went there for the purpose related with some academic matters of Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady. I am very thankful.

The person at the reception was one of the most unprofessional one I have met till date. Even for basic amenities (toiletries and tissue paper) he was cribbing and lamenting that only one set issued to one room. Suggested is to please ensure such things are looked into because the property is good and very close to the airport, however if such is the attitude of the team then it will have a major impact and negative reviews especially from frequent travelers like me.

The hotel rooms and the location are fine but the reception stuff and the hotel policies aren't nice at all. They don't even give a extra coffee or milk powder packets and charge you extra if you need more than 2 packets. The bathroom didnt have a soap and an exhaust fan. They even asked me to vacate my room at middle of night even though they have check out policy till 11am. Overall not satisfied with the experience.

decent hotel! I have no complaints other than the fact that the exterior of the hotel is a mess, in the sense with the exterior painting and all that! but worth the money spent. food was decent, only reason why I gave 3 stars is cause the local bar invites a lot of the local people who are Ill mannered and makes us uncomfortable by the way they behave! if the local bar is chopped off I would give it a defintie 4 stars

good property near to airport high way. well maintained clean rooms, linens & towels.best choice for family & business peoples.economic price.restaurant available. front office & room service are good. Over all recommendable for all types of travellers.

Had stayed in their suite room, and what a shocker, their central aircondition unit wasn't working . Which has left one huge suite with a single split AC. With no door to isolate between the bedroom and living room it was difficult to get the bedroom or the living room upto desired cool temparature. Food was tasty and service was quick. Rooms, even the suite offers no scenic view. Just an average stop over hotel.

it was great experience here. Room are large and in very good conditions. All facilities were available. Food is also nice. Recommended Room cleanliness Service staff is great

Good infra, well kept interiors, poor customer service. Bad reception, poor coordination, more like wealthy gulf returned propritor run premises. Not at all prescribed for family crowd. I would have paid more for a better customer service for the same property, but poorest form of reception done by the male staff at reception. Felt like the person who as drunk
