Wonderful! Outstanding! I'd wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. The chef is delightful, the food is exquisite, the owner is gracious, and the ambiance is lovely.
11 ladies and 4 men went together and I must say it was a lovely experience from our side. Food was homemade and delicious, our choices of menu can be given to be cooked too. There were batmitoj, basketball, cards etc games to play which everyone enjoyed. The owner and chefs took care of all of us and delivered our needs without hesitation. We spent our 2023 new years here and I must say it was a splendid time for us all. Us women also felt very comfortable with separate rooms and beds. The campfire was unbeatable and we had a great time. A 5/5 for sure
Stayed for 2 Nights in Jan'23. Loved the stay overall. Best part is the open lawn in the property. It has Bonfire area, 2 swings, badminton net, ample area to play and chill around. Its a 4bhk house with stocked kitchen. The caretaker is very helpful and prepares food on request. You can get see valley and Tea garden from the lawn itself. The owner is reachable at all times. Only one feedback - The inside of property needs little attention to cleanliness specially washrooms. But this was overlooked due to other positive points about the property.
Fantastic! I wholeheartedly endorse it for anyone. The chef is delightful, the cuisine is superb, the owner is hospitable, and the atmosphere is lovely.

Best place to stay in Kotagiri for a relaxing experience. The caretaker Mr. Graden is exceptionally good at tending to the guests and I should say we got more than we asked for everytime. The food is delicious and our favourite was the chicken roast!
