Gold's gym is one of the best gym in the area. It is spacious and well maintained. Trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. I would like to mention specifically about Vinayak Panchal. I have been working out with him for close to a year. The best part about working out with him is that his sessions are not monotonous. He makes sure that there are variations in exercises, which makes coming to the gym even more interesting.
Best gym in the area! Spacious, good machines, decent crowd ( meaning no-one stares at you), warm staff, clean washroom. Have been taking PT from Vinayak for 3-4 years now...great trainer, focuses on client's goals and forms. Highly recommended. Oh, the little cafe is great too!
Best gym in goregaon East. Gold's is a brand of class and history, it is where Arnold made himself Arnold, and you will get the same feel here, as if you're following the legacy. From the no. Of equipments, cleanliness and an overall top notch vibe, no gym comes close. And yes golds also has a sauna room.
Gold's gym is one of the best gyms in Goregaon East. Very friendly staff and all their floor and personal trainers are well trained and helpful. Would like to specifically mention about Vinayak Panchal who is an excellent personal trainer. He has good knowledge, is patient and extremely accommodating to the needs of his clients, and takes personal interest in ensuring you get the best out of your workout sessions.
My friens recently attempted to renew my gym membership, but unfortunately, I encountered a frustrating issue. The reception staff denied the renewal without providing a clear explanation. I made several attempts to resolve the situation, but the process was met with resistance. They have been a member for quite some time and have previously enjoyed my experience at this gym. However, this recent incident has left me disappointed and frustrated. I hope the management takes steps to improve their customer service and communication
