I am not ready to give even single star.. All they want is just money ..get enrolled, pay money then forget about that ..Oh god such a creepy management.. They don't even have curtosy or patience to listen customers feedback.. they just don't care about that .. Seriously I never expected third class service by world's best gym.. If you know how to use equipment and have enough money then use world class equipment and do it by urself..if you are new to gym concept then please don't try this! If you take personal trainer it's dead waste .. they really don't care your goals .. trainers are bothered about gossiping,politics and flirting.. There was a fight between female and male trainer and even female trainer left the gym.. They don't have regular class for zumba and all ..most of the days they get cancelled! Personal trainer will be busy in his own body building so he just give oral instructions and move to his personal business or keep himself busy over the phone.. If you change trainer or just think of it they start making you feel unsafe..Manager and receptionists are concerned only about fees payment...worst experience .. I don't recommend this gym at all !

It's too crowded , ventilation issue, suffocating environment, and no exhaust and AC is not sufficient for 40 people in such a less cubic space in Gym workout space .. Prone for lung infection , One exceptional quality to appreciate is the trainers with skill and reception staff are too good . .my heartfull appreciation to them

It is one the worst gyms you could ever subscribe to. Cheap management. Extremely small space and always crowded. For the amount you pay it's definitely a let down.

If u just wanna show off, come here, if you are new to the gym environment or fresher i don't recommend this, floor trainers are careless people, training is far, they dont even speak to you, good thought about gym is environment, ambiance is too good, equipments are world class, please avoid peak hours.

The place is not maintained properly. The stretching area is always dusty even after repeated complaints. Stretch bands and damaged equipment are never replaced. Washrooms and steam rooms are dirty and not maintained. Trainers are friendly and supportive.

I wanted to give 1 star, but some of the staff have been nice to me. Manjunat at the reception is respectful. The trainers are well trained themselves but underpaid. So, there is no incentive to treat customers properly. The gym is overcrowded most of the time. Kids are taking selfies in the deadlift area while we're busy waiting ... Women are uncomfortable here because of creepy eyes everywhere. There is no parking. Please save your money and don't get scammed into coming here.

Not good. Over crowded with stinky smell. You will hate workout if u went there

No improvement when we give feedback. Lockers used to exist (they took all the locks out a few months ago) and now they are just cabinets 3/4th of which are occupied by housekeeping material. The bathroom walls are rarely scrubbed and have reminiscents of others' soap foam and shampoo (feels really disgusting). Even the floors haven't been acid washed and the grouting looks black. Steam in the ladies facility rarely works but they won't resolve the issue. When it does work, it takes at least 25 minutes to turn on (so good luck). AC is rarely on in the cardio section and group workout room (you need to insist). Sad. Because the trainers are good and equipment installed are good as well.
