Good Gym in wakad area. Equipment is good, the machines are well maintained and the gym is kept clean. The staff and management is also good and knowledgeable. Specially vinita mam, who looks after the entire floor activities. Joined gym a year ago, had a good transformation since then, applied for personal training sessions with swapnil sir, and have seen very good changes overall and happy with the progress. All and all a good gym and can be recommended.

Before joining we searched and visited all Gyms in the area. Some were very dull and some with complete black interiors. Did not felt positive there. My wife even felt uncomfortable in some gym due to smells. Golds gym experience was different. It is well lit, well ventilated and regular deodorizers working with air purifiers. This gave a complete positive and energetic vibes. Beautiful Hanuman idol at entrance gives spiritual feeling. We immediately decided to join this Gym. I am member here since more than 1.5 years now. It is well maintained and fully equipped. You feel completely positive when entered the gym. Staff is cooperative. Facility is always maintained with regular cleaning of mats and washrooms. All trainers are good and cheerful. Gym also conduct various cultural events and regular treks to nearby forts. I am taking personal training from Rajat Ali sir since 7 months. He himself is very educated, trained and fit. He takes proper training, guides well and push us rightly to enhance capacity. He takes different variations of workouts to exercise every muscle. He also guides about dangerous and banned exercises. Rajat Ali sir also guide for proper diet and follows with us. I personally like functional exercise he gets done from me. I could see significant difference in me. This is also identified and notified by other members. I have reduced weight, waist inches, significant fat reduction and could even see some visible abs too. Earlier it was difficult to jog for 100 meters but now could run for 10 K. There could be some complaint about crowd at some days or times but this is obvious when gym is good and all wants to join. I am thankful to Golds gym, staff and Rajat Ali sir for keeping me motivated and on continuous health streak. Will continue there for a long.

I had an incredible experience at Gold's Gym with my personal trainer Rajat! Rajat is absolutely amazing, and his expertise helped me achieve my fitness goals. He's dedicated, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the journey. The gym's facilities are top-notch too. This is the best Gym in Wakad area. The Head Trainer Miss Vinita Hadke was my personal trainer and she was very professional and helpful. She guided me well in my weight loss journey. The other staff Head trainer Mr. Aniket, floor trainers Nikhil Sir, Swapnil Sir, Arun Sir, Rajat Sir was very helpful as well. I found their equipment to be in excellent condition, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The manager, Sahil, does a great job in maintaining a positive atmosphere. However, I had a less than satisfactory experience with their dietitian, Muskan. It seemed like she was more focused on self-promotion rather than providing valuable guidance. My appointment with her felt like a waste of time, as I didn't receive the assistance I had hoped for. With some improvements in the dietitian services, this gym could potentially earn a higher rating.

Best place to work out in Wakad. Please do ask for Nikhil Dhele..he had been my Personal Trainer and he is one of the best trainers I have got to train with. You can see the results in decided time if you train with him.

I have been a part of the Golds Gym wakad from a long time. The management is very helpful and guided me well. They are very friendly. Headtrainers Miss. Vinita and Mr. Aniket are the best and very supportive.
