Gold's Gym - Gym in Pune - Pune, India

This is not a real Gold's Gym. This is a Desi Village Gold's Gym. Being a member, my personal observations starting from negative points because I found only one positive thing. Negative Points : 1.Some Broken stairs. No repairing at all. 2. Low maintenance of the machines. Dumbbell stacks are so small that much of the dumbbells lie on the floor mat. Plates are spread everywhere that makes it all very messy. 3. No room alloted for warmup. The warmup area has been allocated to the ladies only especially for their yoga classes. No entry for men. That's ridiculous. Never seen this in any gym. 4. Space is very less. Congested and overcrowded. 5. Trainers whisper into each other's ears and make fun of others. Chapri trainers especially Zuber trainer such a big t***. 6. Manager is inefficient in handling gym, maintaing gym, equipments and discipline. Manager has no control on the indiscipline created by the trainers. 7. Trainers always focus on giving training to the ladies rather than giving help to the others during weight lifting. 8. Some trainers remain full of attitude and indulge more in gossiping and making fun of others. Manager has no control on them. 9. Worst ever gym. Local gyms are better than this. Worst and spoiled atmosphere. Positive Point : Only one positive point that is equipments are of good standard and good brand. Plus many good machines are there. Overall, a terrible experience of being associated with this gym as a member. Cult fit shouldn't deal with such kind of gyms. Never recommend to anyone.

Good option in Kondhwa area, best gold gym branch near by, Clean Specious, Clean washrooms, And changing rooms, Machines are maintained Trainers are humble and very helpful, Recommended

Trainers are very supportive and attentive zaid, nauman, Shanawaz. Equipment are very well maintained good environment and supportive staff.

Multiple machines and wide range of weights will allow you to hit those muscles effectively. The atmosphere here is energetic but playlist should be improved. Trainers should take the initiative to correct the forms of people doing it wrongly.

A good place for total workout where the cardio, aerobics and strength training departments are well distributed. The locker room and bathrooms are spacious too though not very well maintained. The strength training area has good machines for all your muscle workout and there are dumbbells as well. More machines can be introduced though but the space may fall short as at sometimes there are more people and you need to wait for your turn. That's the only lacking point I saw in a month since I joined.

So much varieties in gym equipments. Train is knowledgeable and supportive. Very neat and clean cardio section. And they have also good activity hall. There is just one thing I notice that there is less space for machine. And weight

Awesome Gold's Gym NIBM Road Pune easy to get your membership. Well Trained PT. Worth of money. Air conditoners. The gym was above my expectations and the infrastructure and general atmosphere is good. all equipment is awesome and starting the gym with personal trainer was good actually he told me what to do with the equipment then since then been doing it on my own. Great staff excellent equipment all are good what's not to like?
