"I appreciate the facilities at this gym; however, the choice of music and the acoustics need improvement. The DJ's selection seems more suited for a call center hold line than a workout session. Many gyms play energetic Hindi/Punjabi songs, but here, the music doesn't quite match the workout vibe. Hoping for some positive changes in the music department to enhance the overall gym experience."
Physical fitness play a very important role in your over all wellbeing.
But unfornunately that was not the case with me. But after consutling Navin Nair Sir
and the diet and work out recommended by him I have reduced 5 Kgs in a months time.
Also a big thanks to my personal trainer Ashish Srivastava Sir for pushing me each
and every day for my workout.
When I had joined Gold Gym my weight was 111 KG, whereas now my weight is 105 KG.
I never thought that I will be able to reduce so quickly.

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding training experience my coach Nilesh Carvalho has provided me at Gold's Gym Vasai. I have been working with him for the past few months, and I have seen tremendous improvement in my fitness level.
I am particularly grateful for the way he has pushed me out of my comfort zone comfortably. He has a knack for finding the right balance between challenging me and making me feel safe and supported. I have never felt judged or ridiculed, even when I have struggled.

Very well equipped gym, Staff are very friendly, good floor space, Cafe is also there in the premises, Its a perfect space for workout. Gym play live song. All the washrooms and spa room are constantly under check to maining hygienic conditions amd cleanliness. They also have their own cafe where you can eat only healthy food with affordable cost.

Nice clean small beach, and this beach is not crowded, if you want to go to a quiet place, you must go to this beach. It's a black sand beach with very few tourist. The entry to this beach is via the Vasai village with lots of bushes & trees.
