It's a good gym, well equipped, with separate areas for eating, snacking, men and women's lockers. The owner is extremely helpful. The only thing are the packages. It's an expensive gym. I have been to other gyms who charge less than half the price for an annual package, with similar facilities. As far as trainers are concerned, I would recommend Tanmoy Bannerjee, also the Head trainer, Surajit. They are both extremely helpful. The owner, Ms. Mala trains along with the clients, and she always offers great advise to you. The only con are the packages which are highly-priced. But that's my personal opinion, based on what I have experienced at other gyms. Otherwise, it's a good gym.

The Equipment is good , mostly all the Machines are there . The space for strength training is not that big !! They have just given space to the Cardio Section which is not Required like that . The plates are of plastic at least they should be of rubber at this Price!! Plz see to it
Simply the best Gym infrastructure that this city can offer. Serious fitness enthusiasts can achieve a lot of transformation here. The management and the staffs are extremely friendly. The gym owner Mala Madam, is just a sweetheart! She is extremely friendly and will show you proper ways of workout personally at times. But unfortunately few of the trainers they have are there just because they do not have other jobs. They are hardly concerned about your workout. Most of the time you will find them gossiping in groups! Even if you are working out wrong in front of them most of them will hardly bother to rectify you (unless you are a hotshot or a hottie)! I would definitely recommend this gym but you need to follow trainers on YouTube (rather than the gym's trainers), if you desire some serious outcomes! Happy Body building!!!!
