Gym equipments are good, but not sufficient to handle peak hours, you need to wait. Trainers are friendly and helpful. Single star for the pathetic behaviour of the front desk people. They simply don't know that people are paying to use their gym; they act like they are doing some charity work. Municipal or government people know their job better than these people.

Gym is situated on the first floor. They do sanitization of the floor area after every 1hr 15 minutes. Number of treadmills and elliptical machines is good. All the trainers are polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Restrooms are clean. They have recently started a cafe inside with all the healthy but delicious menu. They also have a massage room. Steam bath is available but is currently closed. Parking for bikes is easy and accessible.

I have visited multiple Gold Gyms in Pune and I can conclude that Sinhagad Road Gold Gym is the best among all. Equipments, Ambience, cleanliness, Floor Planning & Floor space, Parking everything is perfect.

I attended one session at gold's Gym sinhgad road at very first day my Nike flip flop has been stolen. I complained to the staff for same but staff wasn't active to get it back for me, very pathetic experience.

Your gym floor and equipment is pretty awesome but location is very competitive for your business. if your premises is rented one, I would suggest you to shif your floor to abhiruchi mall, give it a thought.

Good gym. But I got my slides stolen 2nd week i joined. overall its goodm just dont forget to keep you belongings safe.
