Lakshmi mam is an excellent fitness trainer. Her effort for making me fit is awesome. In addition to fitness she also knows and shares a nutrition diet plan for having good health.

There are so many Wonderful things I can say about this place. Customer Service is treated with utmost priority. I had an awesome experience with my PT Lakshmi mam. Her knowledge about fitness and infinite variations for individual body parts keep me motivated to achieve my goals. Her key MANTRA of maintaining balance about strength training with weights & functional training is really helping out a lot. In addition, she guides on a healthy diet and never forget to seek daily updates on diet-step count.
Also, Gym is at a very convenient location. All trainers are very friendly & supportive. I can see, all kinds of machines are present with proper alternates and are well maintained. I enjoy workout here and even group activities like functional class/Treks.

I have been with Gold's Gym for almost an year now, and I must say that the gym is very well-maintained and has almost all major equipments. All the floor trainers are really very helpful but this review specially goes for my Personal Trainer - Asif Sir.
I have been under his guidence since 1.5 months and I can feel a lot of chage in myself. Due to his efforts only, I can now easily perform exercises like squats, lunges using weights.
The most important quality is his dedication towards his work. During an hour's session, he is completely focused on the form and technique used in each exercise. Honestly, you will never fell how quicky an hour passes by with him.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
