Gold's Gym - Gym in Thane - Thane, India

Somehow, over a course of last 5 years, Golds Gym in Thane has lost its charm and quality too. Moreover the cost of packages have sky-rocketed with not much appreciation or development on the gym floor and with same old machines. A few exceptions like cross fit which are a trend look good. They still have the same approach on hiring a personal trainer which again costs you big buck. The regular trainers are always encouraging and motivating you to sign up into personal training, else ignoring you. The discounts which happen yearly are not at all making any difference as they will lower the package cost only by 15% and are promoted as 50%. They have to pull up their standard and be atleast little bit pocket friendly. Only one Gold gym is currently functional in the city at Teen Hath Naka.

One of the finest fitness centres in Thane City. Professional and helpful staff, cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained with all COVID norms being followed. Equipments are amongst the best available publicly, in the city of Thane. They also offer a 3 Day trial if you wish to get a better feel of the experience at Gold Gym. There's a nutritionist and a team of personal trainers who will certainly help you achieve all your fitness goals.

It's Awesome! Perfect place for fitness freaks! After completing the 10 kilometres running at Thane Lake City Half Marathon, I was offered a three days free Gym experience - Ticket too. Worth. Lively motivating atmosphere , best coach, best amenities. Aur kya chahiye! Indeed, a best gym!

It's good. They previously they used to have spinning classes which was better. But the sad part is they charge extra for the classes. In other countries, they have these batches under the title of GX classes which range from yoga, spinning, fitness static, piloxing, etc which are scheduled through out the day every day and no extra charges to be paid. They are inclusive of what you have paid for the gym. Hence very pocket friendly. Hope in few years they can launch something like this. Orelse it's very disappointing.

Very nice Gym, i joined month back and satisfied with it pros - 1) Floor is big ,breathable,equipments are good ,Live DJ is there 2) Trainers are well mannered and they dont gossip with clients or amongst each other 3) Even mobiles are not allowed to trainer so no distraction 4) i took personal training and satisfied with it 4) Changing room,steam,washrooms is very clean all the time which gives positive experience Cons - Havent found yet till the time ,will update if any

It's is amazing outside and inside, the staff is friendly. It has all necessary amenities, there's no particular parking spot but 2 wheelers can park out side on the road in the given space. The DJ is superb. All the trainers are honestly looking forward to make you feel better about your body. The rules are legit and clean.

Your mind will be absolutely blown by experiencing one of the best fitness centers in Thane. They have two huge floors in the building. One floor is dedicated only for the storage one big floor is only for fitness. Along with best gym equipments you also trained by best trainers here. You also get Zumba and kick boxing here.

I have been working out here for more than half a year.. The equipments are nice, they have provision for steam bath and washroom is clean. Good floor trainers who help you understand the effects and help you if you are doing wrong beforehand.
