The gym has been renovated recently. It looks and feels premium now. Spacious gym. Would recommend for the quality of equipment. Deducted two stars because the person who sold me membership gave me 3 extra months back in 2022 but I was told by the gym recently that my membership was only for 13 months. The person has left the job and I feel I was deceived by their salesman. If you buy a membership male sure to get everything in writing and keep that slip safe, because I had lost it and the copy they had in their computer has 13 months in it.
Have a lot of good machines and free weights, however the floor is not in a good condition. Customer has to face a lot of because the shower does not work and repair of machines takes a of time. Sometimes even more than 2 months. Now the renovation is going on and there is no shower and washrooms available. Once you pay the fee they don't care. Few of the coach have way too much attitude. They would be very helpful in the beginning, however once they are sure that you would not buy personal training, won't even be available for support. Giving 2 start for the name of Gold's Gym.
I joined gold gym in the mnth of October from 1st but literally saying I just went there only for 13 days in counting why??? Worst experience ever. Local gyms are better than Gold yr. I will tell there I had taken one month of package as a trial base . But in 13 days I was fed up because there is so much like GT PT . They forced u for PT but if someone is paying 5k for the month it doesn't mean those 5k you took as a donation. No General Trainer is serious there they are getting free salary if any common person who has taken GT they just have copy pasted answer that hum app ke sir per khade nahi reh skte guys this dialogue was by Mr Suraj who si working as a GT. . Gold gym is like gold digger not as a purpose to fit the people. Don't waste your money guys. If u have earned by your own sweat.
Most luxurious gym with ample parking space upto 80 cars... Biggest plus point it's on Ground floor which is suitable for any age group. The Washroom has dedicated locker space plus spa and Sauna .Coffee machine for any individual.Washrooms also centralized AC. Gym has Cybex brand machines that is state of the Art machines.The Dumbbells and weights are all High Quality PVC Imported from USA. The only gym in Tricity that has BOSE sound system for superb bass and crystal Clear sound. Centralized Cooling system plus a dedicated Asto turf running lap Inside the Gym. Has a dedicated Yoga/Dance/Aerobics place. Has plenty of Professional Trainers to train you the best way possible.The cleaning staff never gets anything dirty and you will always get a clean machines everytime. Fee structure is also very Nominal that can be affordable by Anyone. In the end Golds Gym is not just a Gym But a Experience That holds a special place in World of Fitness/Bodybuilding . Very nice gym... atmosphere was quiet good.... there are lots of machines ... trainers are well qualified and educated... postive and motivated environment was there.... i felt motivated alot after going to the gym .... trainers also provides councelling sessions for the beginners for there proper muscle growth .... supplements are also sold by the trainers at very good price.... a person gets training inder the proper guidence of trainer....various diet plans are made according to an individual......allover gym was nice and i loved to train in gold's gym
Gym is nice but machines are old. And even in the morning coaches are less. So we need to manage ourself. But over all it is fine
Really loved the Ambience of the gym, its spacious and well ventilated gym, kudos to Rohit ji who explained very well the exact usage of machinery. There is housekeeping guys always on standby mode to help and clean the machines. After my sessions, I can literally feel the rush of endorphins. Thank you for holding me accountable, getting maximum results in minimal time at the gym, and making me feel great!!!!
