It's one the best fitness centre across India, I always get a different vibe here. If I talk about equipment, Gold Gym Mall road has got the best equipment. Infrastructure is also good. The money I invested for workout here is really worth it and good for me. I suggest Gold Gym to everyone as the vibe here is different.

I had been a member of this gold Gym in kanpur for more than a year . I had the best experience as the trainers were professional management was excellent, always serving their clients with courtesy , keeping it hygienic and upto date . I would love to go to this gym in Mall road always.

Great Gym.. Good trainers.. Good Equipments Amicable environment. Good results in Weight Loss.. Special shout out for Head Trainer Mr. Harsh Vardhan Bhadauriya. Very committed and Highly trained. He is very Friendly and Supportive but a Hard task master. He is great in all Fields of Training within Gym. Kudos to Team Golds Gym Mall Road for providing such wonderful Service to Kanpur.

Very busy gym, Machines could be more as space is good, there should be 2 machine of each type ideally in such big and busy gym Pro Tip : Go during non peak hours (11 Am to 5PM) Also the Washrooms are dysfunctional

It's worth every single penny you invest, Really the best gym I've been to so far (Mind you I've been to a lot of Gym's in and around India), The hospitality is top notch, They assist you in every single thing, Like literally (This ain't a paid review lol) would prefer this gym over any other gym in Kanpur even if I have to pay twice the ammount! I'm just elated. I'd honestly ignore every single less than 4 star reviews around here, Either they've not been to a lot of gyms or it's super subjective Experience here Couldn't be better!
