Gold's Gym - Gym in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

A great gym but it's a little small in comparison to other Gold's Gym. They have all the amenities a gold offers. Dumbbells, Barbells and Machines are also in good condition except a few. Trainers and staff are also good. The locker, Steam room and Body Composition Machine is also available there. Small gym but a good gym. Hygiene and Cleanliness is also maintained here.

Worst gym ever. Please don't join and don't let others join as well. You'll start having anxiety.

Head Trainer, Ajay, is very unprofessional.. He talks to clients in a very rude way.. He argues With and blame Clients. On writing e-mail, no one responds. I don't know weather management has some spine or not.. It's my advice that please don't join this gym, if you join, and don't get along, please do write a mail to corporate office, HR, even the CEO if necessary and not to the branch, since once they take your money, They won't care much about you. I had an issue earlier as well and the only reason why I joined the gym again is because of the transfer facility as I am going to change the city.. I would suggest better join the 24x7 gym opposite to Khazana Market or Muscle factory near powerhouse Chauraha.. Edit 2: Well, changed from 1 to 2 stars, because the new Management shows a ray of hope.. Being a tall guy, it is very difficult for me to perform deadlifts.... to reduce the shock and to make it convenient for taller members, they provide the damaged gym matts now.. I am hopeful, they'll now look into other matters and problems as well. Good luck

"Premium GYM" Best GYM in Ashiana Area Good Environment for Workout.

Good gym atmosphere is nice traniers are good some like to show attitude others have good behaviour. Gym has steam . 945 pm pai lifghts off hojati hain

Gym timings are worst. Very congested gym, equipments are not good. You will feel suffocate when you enter in gym. Very less number of trainers.This Gym is running only on the name of gold's gym otherwise any local gym is far better than this anytime. I will not renew membership next year because of suffocation environment and worst timings. An office going man can't do workout bcz of timings of gym. Gym should open till 11 pm. One word for this Gym - "3rd class gym of Lucknow"

Worst gym..No courtesy for members

Best gym of the area..clean and hygienic place for workout. Gym is fully equipped with machines and they have extra space for zumba, yoga etc with locker and steam facilities. Must visit this place if u want d best place for workout so here is the place 'GOLD GYM' aashiana.
