GOLD'S GYM KUVEMPUNAGAR - Gym in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

Any business survives by offering best services to its customers and make the experience of the customer delightful which results in positive reviews being circulated through word of mouth, referrals etc. Gold's Gym is one service provider who should indulge in providing good quality service to the customers. I am person with disability who has joined the gym a while back and I have a problem climbing the stairs and I need support to hold and climb the stairs located in the main entrance. While joining I was informed that I can use the lift in the basement, however, the facility has disabled the access and one has to climb the stairs to gain access to the gym. The railings have not been installed and I see many individuals who are having obesity and other ailments apart from myself finding it difficult to climb stairs. Despite bringing this matter multiple times to the management, no one bothers to address the issue. The facility manager went to the extent saying that you can hold someone's hand and climb stairs if you are not able to climb the stairs. Feel it is disgusting comment. Gym is excellent, Santhosh, my PT trainer is fantastic, however, the management should also think about customers who are having challenges like me.

Top of the line equipment with a variety of machines. Four stars because felt that the J Hook alignment on the rack could have been better.

3 floors of gym with parking.. Huge space and has alot of equipments to workout.. Great services offered and trainers are good! Truly the biggest and best gym in Mysuru

I liked it at first! The equipment they have are fantastic and maintain cleanliness. It is a great setting in general! But for the amount they charge for a membership is too high, as you will have to pay more even for the slightest of personal attention, the trainers here have a very lousy attitude towards the members who do not take up personal training! Would only recommend to people who know their workouts! Otherwise there are other gyms where the trainers are more dedicated and passionate and will provide great results at a lesser price

Till now had great experience. Floor trainer and personal trainer are friendly with everyone. Equipment are well maintained and good in condition. Has different sections for cardio, muscle gain, cross fit and Zumba. I observed little management or admin issue I hope it will be manageable. It's located next to amma complex. Crowd is average and less waiting time for equipment during peak hours.

Till now great experience well maintained equipment and friendly environment with personal trainers.. My personal trainer is Gagan gowda he guides me in day to day workout and helps in gaining of muscle strength and educates me with diet plan and workout plans...now taking almost 2 months of personal training I feel changes in my body ..

Nice gym in a good location and not very crowded.

Gym is good and spacious , but new manager is rude and arrogant . ask for any updates or service , he will never provide .Management should take care.
