I worked here as a Yoga trainer from August 2022- April 2023 . I left this Gym in April 2023. It's been more than 7 months but they haven't paid my salary yet ( 1 Month 13 Days ) . In fact they don't even want to pay. They pretended to be nice to me as long as they needed me . After leaving that place the truth came to know . In starting whenever I used to call , either they didn't attend my call or even if they attended the call , they used to have only one answer, abhi sir ( Abhay ) nhi aaye. 2-4 din m aayenge tb salary ka batayenge . But now they don't even pick my call . Also I came to know from members of yoga classes that Sujeet ( Sales manager) tried to cheat in giving refunds of members in my name . I don't understand how someone can be so shameless .These people should be ashamed
Beware, they don't like doing their jobs at all. The front desk is not at all helpful plus the management is not so good there and no proper trainers either. Oh god!! Save your money and time. Favour yourself to join any other gym in the area.
gold's Gym kandivali west (mahavir nagar) canteen guy is extremely rude and his behaviour is I'll mannered. kindly take strict actions against this person. He is simply spoiling the brand image, which will lead to loss in retention of your current customer.
Management is very poor, absolutely rude behaviour, and they are incredibly greedy .. Just want to take money from clients, never take follow up, and ask about our training, and i won't recommend this gym to anyone, please be careful before taking membership. Bigggg noooo

Good Gym.. They also allow all members to celebrate Birthdays where one can bring and cut cakes on the gym floor and all trainers join in for celebrations. The members have to inform the reception in advance. Damn if it causes inconvenience to other members.
