Most well equipped and spacious gym in Imphal area with seperate floor trainers and personal trainers, dieticians, body composition measuring machine, etc. The positive vibes in the gym is contagious ! A big thumbs up from me !
After keeping the cardio section in a different floor, the gym has become better. Gym space is not an issue now. The gym has an AC restaurent which can be visited by public. Probably the second best gym after Lifestyle Fitness in terms of space (Parking + Gym Space) .

Firstly I would like to thank the owner and the team to have bought such a Highly Reputed Institution in the world of fitness to our very own state Manipur. I've been training at the Golds Gym Imphal for the past 6 months. They have world class equipment, trainers who are very much qualified and professionals. Positive and friendly environment. The whole gym is spacious and hygienic and are backed by a team of professionals who are always there to help you whenever needed. In short, overall - Excellent. I would highly recommend Golds Gym Imphal to anyone who is looking out for a gym here at Imphal, Manipur.
The gym with best customer satisfaction and well trained staff. It is still considered Mecca for Bodybuilders but in imphal it is where most pretentious people workout after they eat at forage and house by route 39.
