Nitish sir is probably the most knowledgeable trainer in all of (Gold's Gym). He takes the time to understand your goals, develops a comprehensive plan, to include diet plan, lifestyle habits, and most importantly, holds you accountable to yourself.
His training sessions are intense, fun, and always careful to respect your injuries and stresses. Never pushes you too hard, but just to the brink as he takes the time understands your capabilities.

I have been with Gold's Gym for almost an year now, and I must say that the gym is very well-maintained and has almost all major equipments. All the floor trainers are really very helpful but this review specially goes for my Personal Trainer - Nitish Patil.
I have been under his guidence since 5 months and I can feel a lot of chage in myself. I had pain in my right knee due to which I could not do my leg workout for around 2 months. He made sure to focus on my each and every form so that I do not have to suffer from any pain again. Due to his efforts only, I can now easily perform exercises like squats, lunges using weights.
The most important quality is his dedication towards his work. During an hour's session, he is completely focused on the form and technique used in each exercise. Honestly, you will never fell how quicky an hour passes by with him.
I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Mr. Naresh is knowledgeable and dedicated trainer with a deep understanding of various sets of exercises and well being as he is always willing to go the extra mile so to ensure that I am getting the most benifited through personal sessions. I took membership here in the Mar-2023 for fat-loss program and maintain fitness onwards.
They have good staff of instructors, trainers and administrators to guide the members in right direction.
The trainers are very professional and have good knowledge about exercise, diet & body transformation.
Also they have good set of machines and cardio sections and all are in top condition.
Cleanliness and maintenance of machine is also very good.
Also They maintain good hygiene in all the areas like workout, changing room as well as washrooms.
Also they organise various sessions on each day by fitness experts like Zumba, Yoga etc.
I Personally Lose 13kg of weight with there fat loss program in 3 Months.(check Pictures below)
