My personal experience at Gold's gym Hazratganj has been very nice. The owner and the trainers along with the staff are very friendly and cooperative. They have a well thought workout plan exclusively made according to you. The trainers are there to help you out with the machines and techniques etc. There is a sauna facility along with shower and locker facility. All in all it's a great experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone :)
