Facilities are better. Above of all when you join you will not feel left alone. Staff is good and friendly. They will make you feel like family and friends which is the most required thing in a gym coz you join for an year or so and if you feel good vibes entering the gym then half of your fitness journey is done. Nearby new gyms are opening making false commitment and rude behaviour beware of them.

Great gym, is maintaining the Gold's Gym standards. The trainers are knowledgeable and also the partners take keen interest in their clients. The gym is hygienic and also regular staff does a great job in maintaining the same. Keep the same standards. A request, if possible, open the gym for 24/7 so that people can work out late in the night as well.

Excellent classes conducted at the Golds Gym by Ms. Veenu Rajput. All the sessions are mindfully curated according to the concerns. I personally felt the difference in my body mobility and flexibility with continuous yoga practice under the guidance of Ms. Veenu. Highly recommended!

Very bad attitude of the owner and the personal trainer. I had been going here for a while now. These bloody hypocrites are just sitting there to suck money. I had changed my membership from Bangalore to Noida as I shifted. But these Money Sucking Vampires are so bad, that I had to foreclose my membership. This particular branch is the worst. They are inhuman. Gold gym should literally stop this franchise.

I have an amazing experience with GOLD Gym, filled qith quality equipments, and professional trainers, the best in noida extension. The Gold Gym is very clean and maintain the high standard with ample space. Yoga is the best part of the GOLD Gym. The Yoga instructor is very professional and guide you theoughout the session. Last but not the least, Jumba, you can burn your calories with good vibes .

Degraded Gold's benchmark.. no wonder why people are leaving golds and going to everyday fitness and cult..unprofessional trainers.. trainer should work on their body first and then train others..gym equipments need repair which is always delayed..would not recommend it to anyone.. few ac's do not work.. think thrice before investing ur hard earn money..
