Have been working out for over 6 months now and have not faced any challenge.. Trainers at the gym are great. They guide you in such a way so that you perform the exercise in best possible way. Gym is very well designed and has an enormous space inside and has several workout spaces for Cardio and Yoga. Also, all the machines are well maintained. Gym is cleaned regularly, and good Hygiene is maintained by staff. On daily basis various group classes are scheduled from Yoga, Spinning, Power Yoga which are very well conducted by professional trainers. I would rate this as a best gym in Sushant Lok area.

Worst gym in gurgaon without doubt . The owner is a clueless nutjob . He got scammed by his receptionist who sold membership plans that were not approved to earn extra commissions. Then he expects the customer to bear the loss for that . All the trainers ask members to pay them directly instead of paying via gym n offer reduced prices . All this goes on while the owner sits like a idiot and brand has no idea what is going on. Not professional at all , more like a locally run gym . Should be avoided
