costy but well mentioned gym. But I didn't like one trainer behaviour towards girls. He always comes & disturb me despite I know how to perform particular excercise or how to use treadmill & I scolded him severely. I assume he does mostly with news girls. Girls should strictly oppose him if he try to do unusual things in the name of help or cardio. Overall, Gold's gym is best gym of Muzaffarpur.

The space is a fabulous place, clean and hygienic. Trainer are well learned. Little Pricy but quite beneficial if u plan long lerm

I visited gold gym recently. No doubt, we will not find such type of gym in Muzaffarpur. But they still using only traditional machines , though they are lot of new machines introduced over the period of time. Trainers are also not upto the mark. I assume they are there just for help members in order to lift the weight.

The gym is well maintained and the equipment is in very good condition. You will get equipment here for all exercises. The plus point here is that you will get very little gathering here.

Awesomely maintained place. Nice instructor. Ample excercise machine ensuring no waiting for you turn. Housekeeping staff ensuring hygiene of the place. A complete value for money.
