Really all you could ask for from a gym. Equipment is top notch, my personal trainer Shivaji is great too. Removed 1 star due to some quality issues, CrossFit AC doesn't work, and the biometric machines are for show for quite some time now. Have to manually enter name everyday. Not sure why, especially when you have the technology of biometric scanners.

Best gym in electronic city. They offer lot of facilities such as gym, cardio, groupclass, crossfire, shower, steam etc. Waited for this gym to come up and joined. Worth paying 26000 for one of the biggest gym in bangalore, next level equipments, Trainers are very good, knowledgeable & friendly, very good ambiance too

Over 16000 square feet area spread over 2 floors. Different dedicated area for Zumba , cardio , spinning , weigh lifting sessions . Costs 23000 per person per year . N 22000 per person if joined as a couple. Dedicated parking space available at the cellar.

Gold Gym is the gold standard of body builders with the finest equipment & maintenance that they provide. They have the best trainers & support staff who are friendly. They have full time general trainers to make sure you are taken care of. The two wheeler parking area available is spacious The motivation & inspiration follows with the strongest gold Standard fitness environment. It's a beautiful peaceful space u have to visit

I've been sweating it out at Gold Gym for the past few months, and honestly, it's been a workout nightmare. Let me break down the issues: Firstly, they're seriously lacking in basic equipment--no deadlift weight plates, cable grips, Yoga Stick, yoga blocks, yoga rope, and the list goes on. A few months back, people reported a broken cable grip handle multiple times, but management couldn't care less. Now, let's talk trainers. They're subpar, lacking basic knowledge of body anatomy, muscles, and exercises, not to mention their negligence in correcting postures. People are paying for personal training and still ending up with wrong postures. Facility-wise, it's a mess. Broken shower handles, non-functional geysers, and an auto flush system that's MIA. The steam machine is a joke, taking at least 5-6 tries to kick in, and I've fallen sick twice after using it. They shut down for at least two holidays every month, including all gazetted holidays. On Sundays, they're open only from 8 am to 2 pm, unlike other gyms across the street. Hygiene is a concern too, with cockroaches making themselves at home in the crossfit and yoga sections. Management turns a blind eye. They also pull a fast one on clients with paid events, demanding an enrollment fee of at least 1000 Rs. Many are jumping ship due to poor management. My advice? For 25K, it's not worth it. Management has reportedly refused to invest more, so check out the gyms across the street--you'll get a better deal at half the price.

I have been working out of Gold's Gym Electronic City for three months and am very impressed by its quality and service. The gym has world-class Life Fitness equipment that is in excellent condition and user-friendly. The staff is courteous and attentive, and they always welcome me warmly. The trainers are professional and knowledgeable, and they help me achieve my fitness goals. They design my workouts, monitor my progress, and encourage me to challenge myself. With the guidance of Sagar, I have improved my strength, endurance, and physique significantly. The gym also has a wide range of strength training and cardio equipment, group classes and personal training options that suit different needs and goals. I love the POWER TO CORE and Yoga classes; they are fun and relaxing. My friends also told me the personal training sessions were practical and personalized. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, with upbeat music and bright lights. The gym is also clean and hygienic, with a locker, steam and shower facilities.

I recently joined the gym, and it has exceeded my expectations. The gym also offers various classes that cater to different fitness levels and interests. It is the best gym in electronic city when we consider the quality of premium equipments present. I highly recommend this gym (10 out of 10)

In golds gym healthy kitchen food is very nice. The food is so cheap tasty. Those all are diet food . It's very less price only .
