Never join golds because they have name and brand image, they were very rude to me when I went there for refund because they shutdown the gym, and they said we informed each and every member but I didn't get any update from there side and they are not ready to listen to my concern. If you have lot of money then only join gold gym and forget your money and services what they offers to you. There CRM team can also abuse you if you asked for your money and when you ask the particular persons name they won't give any details. What request You put to golds head office that they won't transfer to head managers and they keep telling you we can't do anything, it's not in our hand. Then my question is why are you hiring people if they can't take decision and put a word with head managers? I think gold's are paying there employees by doing frauds and through cheating with there customers. I won't suggest anyone to join golds, because of these kind of people India is not developing. Such a ridiculous job they are doing by fooling around.
