I have been going to golds since over 3 years. I have tried other gyms in Noida but nothing beats The Golds gym. From the staff to the trainers, everyone here is so warm and welcoming. Been training with the best here,Asif sir and I couldn't have found a better trainer for my self! He is so motivating and pushes me to my limits in every session that we have. My distant goals seem achievable now with his guidance and training and I have achieved quite a few :))
I joined the gym 2 months back and thanks to my coach, Vikas Sir, I can run for longer, my back pain has reduced (almost gone) after 7 years. He also trained me through my foot injury and helped me get back to normalcy. The staff is courteous, gym is well ventilated and there's so much energy every time you go. Will recommend.

I am a long time member of Gold's gym -104 . I started May journey way back in 2018 under my mentor Mr Raj . He has been a constant support since then . As they say slow and steady wins the race exactly went the same in my case .He has been extremely cordial, knowledgeable and supportive.

One of the best gyms in noida. My PT, Asif sir is extremely helpful and allowed me start very efficiently as a beginner. He advises me on everything and helps a lot. I have seen lot of progress in my starting 2 months.
I have visited this gym for trial and I'm in love with the ambiance as they provide good environment along with finest machine. Shower is neat and clean proper hygiene. Trainers are really helpful to achieve your goals. Today, They have started CrossFit section for members and increased 6K more to their previous annual charges of Membership.
