Pretty good , it's my first gym so I can't compare on the basis of average gym in my area. Fully Air conditioner , trainers are friendly. Really liked it , only lag i found out is the space , you have to be careful in the gym due to confined space

One of the best gym in small Kapurthala city . Environment of gym is very energetic nd motivating. The trainers are very friendly and trained. The gym has steam bath, health cafe , dance classes, yoga classes , a separate women area and all the machines available are of top quality. The gym is at the 3rd floor .

Extra classes of Power Yoga, aerobics & bhangra are awesome which I never miss. Here I managed to get great result which I never thought were possible. Best Gym in Town. The professionalism they derive is amicable. I started on the 10th Aug and it's been two months I am working out here. A month back i pushed my limits and went for Personal Training with Mr. Gursimran Singh Gill ( Paree ). The results are epic, the dedication and the focus he derives is really productive. The Facilities available at Gold Gym Kapurthala are above the standards you compare with Cosmopolitan. Staff members, Owners, Trainers all are very supporting and they never create any hype or neither scares you. They always respect your demands.
