I have been a member at Gold's Gym for over 8 months . Being a person who likes to workout and spend a lot of time at the gym , I love how spacious and well-equipped the gym is . They have a wide range of workout machines and maintains a high standard of cleanliness. The trainers are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Simon , my personal trainer with whom I have been training for the past 6 months has helped me in my transformation . He possesses a deep knowledge of exercise physiology , nutrition and overall wellness . I understood that workouts and exercises are a lot more than just weight loss and are about gaining strength and making it a lifestyle. His motivation and encouragement has helped me to push my limits and makes the impossible , possible . I am really glad that I joined Gold's gym !!!

The place with its ambience and is well equipped with a variety of state of art equipments that caters to the needs of all. I am also extremely happy that I got an opportunity to be guided by Suryapal during workouts. He is an amazing mentor and a great nutritionist.The little challenges that he threw in made me stronger with each day. He meticulously crafted the workouts and helped me push my limits. The best Gym in Trichur. Gym occupies the top floor of Subramaniam Aracade. Parking available in front of the arcade as well in basement. Evenings can bit tricky to find good parking space. Two elevators are available. Gym is more or less based on a studio concept in order to accommodate the main floor,reception,Oven Glove (cafe),changing rooms and shower areas. All the equipment is by Free Motion. Good selection of latest design equipment. Small area towards the end of the floor for stretching and body weight exercises. Personal trainers are good.

I subscribed for a three month package at Gold's gym, Thrissur and it has been nothing but a wonderful experience. Really appreciate the kind of service they provide their staff. The gym environment itself is very pleasant and the trainers and the staff are absolutely approachable and helpful. All the equipments are very well maintained as well. I had subscribed for Personal Training and Simon Loid was my trainer. After conducting a BCA test , the aim of this three month package was to gain muscular strength for me. Considering the time given it was hard for me to reach the target . However it was achieved under the guidance of Simon and I was able to gain 1 kg of muscle mass .Simon is one dedicated and passionate human when it comes to training. He has helped me unlearn and provide new insights into various aspects of the functioning of our body. Simon has always motivated me to go forward with things that I was not confident at. Overall , I'm extremely happy with the experience at Gold's gym.

Best place to begin your fitness journey. Very friendly staff and equipped with well maintained modern fitness machines. Fitness routine tailored by my personal trainer Mr. Simon Loid worked perfect on me resulting in significant fat loss and muscle gain. Within the short span of 3 months I lost 6.2kg fat mass and gained 1.4kg lean muscle mass. Thankyou Gold's Gym Thrissur for the magic.
