I am looking for a job in a jewelry shop, I came to your shop this afternoon for a job vacancy since I have had a fever for the past few days, my face is a bit droopy, your manager saw my face and gave me a very bad answer "They just told me without asking for my resume - "Here's a place for you to sweep and mop" while laughing with the accompanying staff. I was very disappointed with my first visit to your store. I have worked in many shops but I have never been insulted by any MANAGER/TL/HR Why does your manager laugh at me or anyone? without asking for a resume and without any inquiry? How do your people indirectly insult anyone? I am waiting for your reply and solution to my problem.

My own experience was very bad goldmart is not good place to buy or sell gold...because they have strategies to become fool of customer my own experience was so bad i am frankly upadating my humble review that don't buy or sell ( baught from others jwellers )gold it is totally doing bargening and huge loss and they use strategy to fool customer...i was go there to check the value of my gold chain they told me 65000 rs for 15.660 gm they fooled me...but now i got my chain value of 76000 Rs from small buy loyal jwwllers from dhayari pune. Golf Mart persons who work there not having manners and not loyal person somethings found doubting...so request to all not go there to buy or sell gold..they have lots of attitude and they doing mind game with customers....they have lots of attitude and no manners to behave customers and first big shop i observed in my life that they are strong to fool people and also very rude behaviour dnt go there for any purchase or selling for all gold or all...i am writing this review to aware people to not to fall into their trap... don't go there this is my humble review...for all my dear friends...if u want to test them to become a loss then u can...i want to give zero rating to this service...and humbly said third class shop everseen...rude behaviour...of all staff and of insincerity and falsness...i observed... Fraud and cheaters....in pune ...go to other small shop but never go there

BIG TIME CHEATERS! Please dont evver go here. They looted my money. Their staff is very well trained to bluff you. Never ever exchange your old gold. They will rob your pure gold and give u very less amount. They have robbed me of my hard earned money. This greedy woman will run around you and force you to buy their outdated and sad designs. Please go to better places like Ranka and Tanishq. Looks like this place runs by robbing innocent citizens. Also the staff is rude. They are so unprofessional that they openly talk rubbish about customers. DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!

The sales guy was very rude and he was not interested in showing the varities they had.....I was planning to make my Gold jewellery from this place but I dropped the plan because ause of the behaviour. There making charges is also too much The variety is also limited. The shop is at one of the prime location.
