Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It was a relative's wedding. The check in process took a good two and a half hours even though it was booked well in advance. No kidding! So it was a scene of 6 odd families, old people and young, waiting in the reception for two and a half hours with luggage and all. The rooms , beds and accompanying accessories in the room were clean and tidy and the housekeeping and room-service staff, were polite and quick to respond, but those at the reception kept harrassing the guests by accusing them of not paying for their rooms despite the fact that they took two and a half hours to allot rooms to us and didn't hand over the room swiping cards to anyone BEFORE full payment. And we had to keep showing them our payment receipts to prove that we've paid. I mean, in this digital age , don't they keep records of such things on their computers? Shouldn't they check their own records before approaching the guests? The bathroom drains and sinks were constantly clogged. After every shower, it was like wading through a puddle, with feet floating in ankle-deep water. This was the case in all 6 rooms that our family members were allocated. Seems like a serious maintenance issue. The bathroom doors couldn't be latched. One relative was assigned a room that was already assigned to another party and got an earful (accusing us of being "South Indians", like that is a crime) from the guest staying in the room for entering the room even though it was the hotel people's fault that the same room was allocated to two different parties. The night reception staff and the restaurant staff were polite, helpful and courteous, but I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone EVER!!!

I stayed at this hotel for one night and had a mixed experience. The staff were a bit weird and the wifi didn't work very well. The check-in process was also a bit slow. However, the room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was not very good. I would not recommend this hotel unless you are on a tight budget. THIS IS NOT 4 STAR HOTEL....

Quick response and warm behavior at reception. Staff is very polite. Food is quite tasty . They charge the meal at the time of service in room. Breakfast very well laid out with multiple option. I had a bussiness tour and with the budget it fits well.

I booked a room and when i go for check in .... The hotel staff rudely rply yo me there is no room ... i mean seriously disgusting

I think this is the worse for business travelers. It's not clean. Hot water doesn't work. The reception and housekeeping won't answer the phone ever, you have to go to first floor to complain. The breakfast seemed like a leftover from days before. Won't recommend

Only reception area is good but the quality of rooms are not matching.

Good ambiance just loved it ..good food and service all other things just fabulous. Loved to stay here ... definitely recommend for others to have a stay a here

The room was well appointed, staff was friendly, but the food needs to improve. A better menu and quality is needed.
