Goldfinch Hotel - Hotel in Mumbai - Mumbai Suburban, India

Writting this on behalf of ZOHO corporation meeting on 05/10/2023 No proper space for parking, The air conditioner (AC) stopped working in the middle of the meeting, The food quality is very bad and the area of the buffet is so small, As per the hotel suggestion Hall size is for 160 people but after experiencing this hall for good for 70 to 80 people. Toilets are not clean. Overall unsatisfied experience.

Buffet spread was ok. They live counters. But we even though we asked for the items from there we dint get them.sushi wasn't good.desserts were also ok.

Stayed for 3 nights, from outside the property facade looks nice,Mumbai room rates are gone through the roof and this property certainly doesn't qualify for 6K + per night. The not so nice : 1) needs renovation, looks dated, 2) carpets at entry are soiled, upholstery on restaurant chairs is stained and faded 3) the room size is very small, the washroom even smaller 4) TV in the room is 32" and that too while installing has not been installed in level, it's seriously bent to one side 5) the wash basin slab is completely stained 6) the overhead water tanks need serious cleaning as the water coming from Taps has a strange foul smell 7) the front office staff doesn't know if they accept a particular card 8) they say they will send the luggage to the room, then no one brings it, so you have to go back down and get it your self and they don't even pretend to help you 9) the corridors wreak of cigarettes smoke 10 there is no night latch on the doors 11. Food is average The good Location They have a night club as well And a highly prices spa which I didn't try I think with some hunting there would be much better properties around for a similar price offering a more professional and better experience

Comparing other 4 star hotels , the overall experience here personally felt like that of a 3 star hotel. The Boufet dinner had minimum dishes and what ever they serve was upto the mark. The welcomer in the hotel entrance ( A Punjabi guy) needs much appreciation in the way he treates and greets the guest.

If you are planning to visit with infants, this hotel has only small beds. Good hotel for business trips but not for family. The swimming pool also was disappointing, no life guards, no changing room, no towels.

I stayed in a single room. The room and washroom size was a little small. The hotel wifi didn't work well. Cleanliness, behaviour of staff, food all deserve 5 stars. Enjoyed their restaurant.

Had been there to book a banqueting facility for a wedding. Dhruv took us around. Unfortunately the hall was preoccupied. Shouldn't have called for a show around at that time. Time is precious for all. Nevertheless we continued with the discussion. The executive manager joined us. I liked their approach. I felt they were too rigid as if their hands were tied.

Need to maintain the healthy atmosphere as so many insects was flying over in metting room so i dont have a food over there its fells such a unhealthy please work on it
