I have heard about this place from so much people plus this place has also been featured in many Google reviewers list so decided to try out. As the name goes one must try Vadapav here its absolutely delicious. A1 taste and what's making it more tempting is thecha/kharda/mirchi chutney. They serve hot piping vada paav plus Moong bhaji is also must try.
I had heard a lot of good things about Golden Vada Pav, so I decided to try it out on my way to Lonavala. I was not disappointed. The vada pav was crispy, hot and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. The chutneys were also delicious and complemented the vada pav well. The service was quick and friendly, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying snack or a light meal. I can't wait to visit again and try their other varieties. Golden Vada Pav lives up to its name and reputation.
Golden vada pav , located in Lonavala . In the busy market area. Is one of Lonavala's oldest place selling vada pav. It's UsP is the green chutney they serve with the vada pav. Over the years the size of the vada pav has reduced . But the taste is still great ! This is a must visit place when in Lonavala to grab some hot hot vada pav and moong bajji.
It was just a hyped Vada pav shop and nothing else. I have tried other Vada pav in Pune and to be Frank some had even better taste than this golden Vada pav. They are charging 20 Rs./ Vada pav which is not worth more than 15 Rs. Samosa Pav -28 Rs. There's no parking available as the shop is at the main street.
While going to Lonavla there is this Golden vada pav shop.... We had their special golden vada pav and moongdal bhaji...... Taste was too good specially the chutney that we got along with vada paav and bhaji too yumm........
We bought the famous vadapav and dal bajji. There was no crowd. It is on road. No parking. Taste of vadapav and moog bhajji was awesome. Vadapav was particularly delicious with its green chilli thecha.
We hunted for this place in Lonavala and reached it. It is in the main market area but is a small shop. So Parking was a big issue. You will need someone to get out and buy the vada pav and another one needs to be driving to park sideways. Weekends are very crowded. But most importantly - Tastes very good - esp the chutney they serve - mazaaa aa jayega for thos ewho like a little spicy stuff. Pricing is just like normal Mumbai Joints, not so expensive and service was fast.
