Average room and service at a high rate only advance was location on the highway. Currently the service and food quality is dropped drastically as compared to the past experience before Covid.

Very bad experience with it as cooling was not sufficient in the room and Main Lobby was absolutely without cooling Overall worst experience with it I have not found 4 Star Category from any side

Good ambience, good spacious rooms, nice restaurant... Food is tasty.. little expensive though.

Wow this is one hotel I wanted to visit because I was so fascinated by its exterior especially the lighting done in the evenings. So while on a recent visit from Silvassa with a group of friends we stopped by at this hotel for dinner. First of all there is ample provision for parking. Secondly the hotel interiors are just awesome with the amazing chandeliers and the beautiful lighting. We then proceeded to Royal Chariot which is one another good restaurant with a good ambience. Though I had booked a table in advance and had enquired about buffet dinner which I was informed that is available on all days, after reaching there they told me they have stopped serving buffet long time back. Upon further talks with the F&B Manager I was told that they have only brunch on Sundays...Was about to leave the restaurant but then finally settled for ala carte and the food certainly didn't disappoint. Ordered for starters (oriental platter and non veg platter). Main course consisted of Singapore Noodles, Veg Fried Rice, Buddha Vegetables, Chicken Fried Rice, Phad Thai. Everything was so well made. However the quantity is only sufficient for two for the price that these dishes cost. Service was good and as mentioned ambience was superb.Left as a satisfied customer after initial hiccups

It was a worst experience with golden tulip the Deluxe room 2008 was stinking very badly we informed the staff members of the hotel WHILE CHECKING OUT one of staff members said that there was no Survey done by the house keeping department before we entered the room

Wonderful ambience. Well managed. Good food quality. Very comfortable feeling.

I loved this hotel because there is a nice neat and clean service.

Food options are good. But food quality is not better.
