Clean and tidy 3 star hotel. Linen was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pillows could do with replacing. Staff are very accommodating and extremely friendly. There is not much within walking distance. The local night markets are amazing, so much fresh food and the locals are very friendly.

For us it was nice place to stay...starting from the entrance, reception, lift and the rooms were clean. The staff was very polite at the reception and our room keys were provided, went to the room. The whole hotel was clean. The reception area was abit small but well maintained. The room was very nice and bathroom was very clean though the bathing area was very small but it is fine, a few things

I have made a booking yesterday the moment I have checking in the room a. Wasn't working the technician had come I have requested them to leave or I'll change the room the the tech person was not going any where and not listening to me he has almost wasted my 1.5 hours to repair there ac then after I went out and when I came to hotel the electricity was not there I have requested again to reception lobby manager has talk to me in very rude and bad mannner. Almost 1 hour he was arguing with I have told them to cancell my booking they refuse to cancell but one elderly person came from security requested me to change my room .then after I went to have my breakfast next morning and I have found stake veg curry and the got hair in my food so eventually totally wasted and disgusted day it was in that hotel for me kindly find solution for me and arrange refund please

It was great service, lovely staff and room was also very clean..specially thanks to Mr.Anand ji. He is very helpful and great person.

The manager named Ranjeet is so pathetic. He did not cooperate with us at all and gave poor excuses for delaying/not doing his job. Not recommended. Food tastes was not consistent.

Good location and that's pretty much sums up the hotel. The rooms are old and not greatly maintained, I stayed at 3rd Floor and the stench of cigarette was bad. Kettle was broken, walls were smudged. I believe there is a great potential due to location but hotel team never bothered to improve.

The customer service was very poor because the person at the front desk was very rude and very unprofessional when we walked in. When we came to check out, we had to wait almost thirty minutes even though we informed them ahead of time that we would leave early, yet no one was at the front desk. The rooms were also dirty, the walls had stains, and the blankets were covered in lint and dust. I would not recommend this hotel for foreigners.

Needs maintenance. Lot of scope of improvement is required. Phone was not working in the room, room was not clean. Bathrooms had issues of plumbing. Internal walls had seepage and the damping smell was there inside the room. Service was very slow even when the occupancy was not even half. So I think the hotel should work on maintaining the premises as the premium cost they are charging is on higher side and that too when there are better places to stay in the vicinity with same or even lesser price. Few good things are as below- Food was delicious and variety was much. The quantity was perfect. The location of the hotel is excellent and well connected. The common areas were well lit and maintained.
