Visited this hotel for some official meeting and stayed there for 3 nights.
Some of things I liked are -
1. Service & staff behaviour is excellent, always greeted us with a smile.
2. Food quality & taste was very good in their buffet. Chicken was awesome.
3. Clean rooms.
Just one request of improvement - If you could increase the common washroom size in the buffet area.

Went to the rooftop restaurant for a party. The decor is cool with good view. You can enjoy jacuzzi with a drink and snacks. The big Ben @ lake town is visible. Moving metro trains is also a treat to eyes. They have live music as well.
The hotels hospitality was great. Environment was family friendly. We are very much enjoyed the staying. Anti pasti was great also. The resturent staff were so much helpful to us. They're cooked our child food separately(on request).
Perfect location. The room was really big. Had a great experience in stay and as well as a party I attended there. I had nothing much to say rather than giving 5 stars.
Clean rooms. Great service. Positive atmosphere. There's a huge park (Central Park) located within walking distance from the hotel. Perfect spot for a morning walk.
I attended a birthday party event and was pleased to see the professionalism starting from the Valet Parking staff to the Hospitality People and Waiters .
The Food in the Menu was excellent.
The Ambiance was Great, The Decoration was also good.
The Guests were looked after very well. Overall a Very Pleasant Experience for the Guests and VALUE for money for the Host.
The hotel is well centrally located in Salt Lake. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful. There breakfast buffet was well prepared and a nice selection of Indian dishes. Overall a nice stay.
Worst experience, unwelcoming staff.
I booked this hotel from Cleartrip and requested them for an early check in, which was duly approved for 9:30 am, I reached the hotel at 8:30 am and requested them to let me check in, Mr Pushpendu at the reception had only one answer to every question "you have to pay 2000+gst for early check in", eventually I had to pay his 2000 for early check in. Pls don't visit this place as the rooms are not that great either, food is also not up to the mark, there are many other options available in the same area for similar prices.
