Golden Springs - Hotel in Ooty - The Nilgiris, India

The place is centrally located and good staff and hotel. I travel to ooty often on business trips and this time around I got this hotel as my regular hotel was fully booked. The staff was excellent and they say that they had upgraded me to a better room. The room was definitely huge and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. I stayed in Antique double bedded room As far as breakfast is concerned, the same is nice and tasty.

Paid more than 9k for 2 night stay. With this price anyone can get 5 star facilities at different hotel. Yes it was a peak season still based on money paid room wasnt okay. They should have given some more ammenties like heater or something but it was not included. Room was clean but small. They have a good view from the room for which I gave average rating. However service can be improved a lot. Specially food has to be served on time. I ordered something for lunch and it came after 1 hr 30 mins. It was good and safe. Hotel arranges everything we need. Sometimes it just gets delayed.

room is good... near to all tourist spot like garden boat house dodabetta tea factory etc.. hotel food not good.. near by hotel thalassery thakkaram is awesome for non veg.. a small mess available in main road and the food is awesome... hotel ownership is Just okay...

The staff was very helpful and very polite. I would say overall it was awesome hopitality right from arranging our pick up, stay, food and then drop to the airport. The rooms and beds were nice and clean , good for family stay.

Rooms are the best here got very good interior , view outside is great and just walkable to main bazar. Got a good deal so stayed for 4 nights staffs took care of us very nicely , only negative is they can't able to provide early checkin due to season busy other than that all set fine.

Pros : little closer to highway road. Service providers are more . 24hrs hot water. They even have restaurant service. Bathroom are neat. Cons : very congested road. Minimal parking. Food service is too late. Rooms are not clean. Bed is very tidy. Doors are too noisy. Very weak wifi connectivity. Fluctuating current. Over ok stay for emergency time only.

It is an ok ok property. Very far from the main Ooty center and not easily accessible. Facilities are very very basic. Room not cleaned properly before check-in and not even once after check-in. Geyser switch is at the reception and you will have to inform the reception every time we need use. There are many other better hotels near the Ooty center for a similar price.

Had a good stay for a night. The check in was smooth and the waiting time was minimal. Staff was friendly and was really patience with my questions..Room and bathroom were of decent size. Morning breakfast was above average with enough of variety at very decent quality.
