Only 1 person to take orders and serve for 10 tables even though there were enough staffs doing practically nothing. All the tables were filled and food were delayed. Quantity and presentation were below average and quality doesn't justify the price. This review is not about new golden spoon near bus stand. This review is about old one near post office junction. New golden spoon is way better than this and have good customer service and quality.
We ordered 3 chicken fried rice for our family as parcels and when we came home and opened the packets all of them were stale and cannot eat it. It was stinking as it was prepared yesterday or in the morning.Worst ever experience and not going to order from hereon.
The food is not bad and the seating capacity is also not bad . But we bought a parcel the food didn't tasted that great . One of my friend was having loose motions too. It takes time for the food to reach your table . You have to wait a bit long . Recently I ordered a deep fried beef and I got a deep fried rubber band with it . The quality of food is low.
It's a nice place to get together with friends and family.. delicious and hygienic food available here with affordable prices.. normal ambience&congested.service is not up to the mark..need to improve.. best wishes..
Food was good no doubt! Porotta is excellent....
But the service was bad.. table was not clean..they cleaned it for formality..and the worst part was bill...they brought the bill and kept it on our table while we were still having our food (we didn't ask to bring bill). Bad bad service!
Great place to get together with family & friends. Food here tastes great & all can have a full on conversation. Air conditioner is there. Every dish here is unique & mouthwateringly tasty.
Food is good, but it's atmosphere is not that good.food delivery is neither too fast nor too slow. there is no card payment in upstairs.and before start ask card payment is available.sometimes they will accept only cash.

The service was good.The food was of good premium quality. I ordered loaded fries and I felt like my money was worth it.The only problem I felt was parking I felt like if it has more space but that's a personal opinion other that everything was good.

One of the best restaurant to choose without a second thought, for those who are traveling towards Kottayam from Trivandrum. Samudra is an excellent place to dine. The restaurant have added many more seating options and the ambience is top notch.
