More Bed Bugs With Cockroaches... Room service was poor, the staff were extremely rude. The bed sheets and the amenity in a deluxe room were torn and in a bad condition, there were bed bugs in the bed. Overall it was the worst visit of my life.

I book make my trip July 8th to July 11th total charges was 4254rs that Hotal person say this booking payment was wrong so you pay extra 500rs once you pay after you go that room I am really suffer. And no cleaning services I hate that Hotal Really dont go that's HOTAL
Over all decent experience. The price was a bit on higher side. I got 1900/- for early check-in. Here is my rating for the overall experience. Cleanliness 6/10 Staff 7/10 Room size 7/10 Parking space 7/10 Breakfast 5/10. Note: I stayed there for a night and my experience was decent I think one can stay here if it's a short satay. I speak Hind I had a bit communication problem with the staff.
The service have to be improved. I failed to do my work because of lacking switch socket for charging my laptop. Its not bussines friendly. I have lost a lo of bussines only for few days I stayed there. And i requested from the receptionist attendants but they didn't take any measures. U must improve otherwise you will loose customers.
