Very worst experience no extra bed provided. No proper response from anyone. We ordered for 3 members but we got only 2 beds no response till midnight. Better choose any other best hotel nearby in ramanathapuram
Pathetic north and south indian food, basic staff services missing, not recommended. Even I requested them to courier missed ID card multiple instances, but it was never done.
Good hotel for a day's stay. Restaurant available with ok food quality. Rooms are excellent and we'll maintained. Cinema hall downstairs, supermarket and food court are also available to take care of your needs.

Rooms are not maintained well... balcony is a worst one...we asked them to clean...no response..very bad service... complementary breakfast had nothing....tolerating all this, when settling the bill, the guy in the reception said he will send the balance by gpay...but he haven't...maked lot of calls but no response... very cheating guys and cheap guys...
